What this site does not do

It doesn't set its own cookies. (Cloudflare may set a security cookie; see Hosting.)
It doesn't run advertising, tracking or analytics scripts.
It doesn't load fonts or scripts from third-party services: fonts are served from this site, so your browser doesn't contact Google Fonts or similar services.
It has no accounts, comments or sign-in.

Hosting

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested.

Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie in some cases, for example when it needs to check that a visitor isn't a bot.

Search

Site search runs in your browser. As you type, it downloads parts of a search index from this site; your search terms aren't stored or sent to any other service.

Analytics

This site doesn't currently use analytics.

The newsletter sign-up isn't live yet. The email field on this site doesn't send or store anything.

Links to other sites

Articles link to other websites, mainly official Microsoft documentation. The LinkedIn share button is a plain link: LinkedIn is only contacted if you click it. Other sites have their own privacy policies.
